Kalenborn Technologies, a 24,000 sq. ft. subsidiary plant of Abresist Kalenborn Corporation in Soddy-Daisy, TN, provides weld based services, fabrication and materials using KALMETALL® W chrome carbide weld overlay technology and also standard grades of carbon and AR plate. Our services include roll repair in the plant and on-site with a variety of wear-resistant alloys, as well as grinding table rebuilds, custom hard facing overlay welding services, machine tool rebuilding and custom lined piping.

These wear and abrasion resistant metal plates are used in power plants and other facilities in the cement, mining, steel and other industries where daily abrasion is a challenge. The Kalenborn Technologies facility also fabricates steel for stairs, handrails and other custom items, plus screen plates and wear strips.
